Here is my boot baby, day 2. I am a little nervous as I have never watered such a little one except in a cup, and dunked it.

I am resisting the urge to keep watering her. Next water Saturday, leave her alone, Next water Saturday.....she looks dry but she is not.....leave her alone.....dont touch......Saturday...

Isn't it amazing how little water these plants need when they're babies, I tend towards 'misting' early doors as I've killed a fair few with over-watering and quick.

"But they look DRY, omg they are suffering!!"

Yes, just to satisfy my un-relentless "mom over water urge" I am giving them a few mists a day in between their scheduled waterings. Just a couple of ~pfffftt, pfffftt's~ and I feel I have fulfilled my duty and am at peace again.

Miss Afghanistan is showing a little stress on the leaves today but hopefully it will pass, she is still looking strong though and still growing... Fingers crossed.

2 weeks above ground today. Here is my battle plant (Girl Scout Cookies Auto from Auto Seeds) that I will compete with. She is the stronger plant out of the 2 I planted.
