Indoor Blue Cheese in "DWC"

cheers pal hope you get yours sorted

I thought it might be nitrogen toxicity and stopped all nitrogen about a week ago, its known that blue cheese is sensitive to nitrogen and with the size of the plant and her root system I thought she would out grow it , obviously im now paying the price

with this in mind ive upped her ph to 6.0 to try and block out anymore intake of n and to try and force her to concentrate on p + k whilst using up what she has stored in her leaves but it might be to little to late

with it being the start of week 6 12/12 ( 3 week stretch) ive missed out on 2 weeks of bud formation which I don't think im gonna recoup
just goes to show that everybody can fuk up from time to time lol :Sharing One:

Yeah man im sorry to read about your troubles. Even the Pros mess up sometimes , even though it is a rare thing. Looking forward to reading how thins have progressed since the last update.

cheers bro , no drama, it was my own fault,i was listening to too many ppls advice regarding nutes and over shot instead of listening and reading the plant

some strains will handle the extra nitrogen in flower but blue cheese is not 1 of them lol also im not happy just having 1 plant in bloom cause if anything does go wrong you have nothing to fall back on

pretty close to ripping her and starting again ( never be ashamed to cut your losses), ive just put 4 more blue cheese seeds into soak :Sharing One:

I'm sure close to cutting mine down. Taking up so much space in my tent and I need It. My buds grew a little more but now seem to have stopped again. Not sure how long to ler it live lol. I think I can still get an oz from it.

Hey Seymour
Im guessing you ripped her out and started again?

Yeah had to be done.

ive got 4 blue cheese between 7-9 days old sitting in buckets being slightly under fed. Im thinking 3 weeks veg this time because of the size the last 1 got

Ill drop an update in the coming days. :Sharing One:

These have had 3 weeks veg and 6 days of 12/12

All buckets have just been upped to 1.8 ec with ph

Hey Seymour, sorry about the first attempt..that big girl was going so nicely as well! Quick question, do you ever get roots breaking off into your buckets or parts of roots just floating around in there? Any time i've done a hydro grow I use 30lpm pumps into 15l of nutes from day 1 like you and always get breakage, they were all autos so i cant help but think it may have hindered their potential? I'm going to be starting my first photo grow soon and in two minds whether to go for hydro or soil. :peace:
