Indoor Blue Cheese in "DWC"

im down to 3 plants, anything with a stem and a ball on the end has to go, had to laugh cause when I looked under the loupe it looked like he was throwing the middle finger lol

slightly concerned about the skunk #11 which has what looks like male tendencies on lower internodes but higher up she looks female, have heard about fem seeds doing this but ill pick them off and monitor growth

1 confirmed female 1 still unknown and 1 potential shim, in that order from left to right

12/12 starts tonight :Sharing One:

Hey seymour did you notice any of this on the automazar or any other photoperiods youve grown?

I ask because i just grew out 2 DP white widow photoperiod fem seeds and both hermied to the point where i found lots of full blown seeds throughout her, lots of the seeds being on the lower branches. I honestly didnt stress her or anything she was well grown so im guessing it was genetics..

Right now i have 2 photoperiod mazar vegging and im concerned she too will hermie on me and develope seeds especially since she is an old strain like the white widow and the skunk #11......any info on your experience with this and how often youve seen it is appreciated :Sharing One:

I feel for you there bro, pollen from a female plant is supposed to produce mostly female off spring but there's always that chance

its not un-common for feminized seeds to do this and ive had it happen in the past, not 100% sure on how dutch passion go about producing their fem seeds but stressing a female to produce pollen can result in hermie offspring and fems seeds are not 100% guaranteed to be female, there are stories about higher nitrogen and high humidity and lower temps in veg producing more females but the only true way around it is to grow regs or clones to be 100% sure your working with real ladies

like I said its being monitored and she looks to be female but if I get any more signs of balls it will be ripped, although the other unknown is a female and they were reg seeds so all is not lost and I try and start out with more plants than I need just in case :Sharing One:

Nice looking Garden SB looking forward to seeing and hearing about the skunk#11 As always great looking grow!!

Easy fella. Sk#11 smells beaut BUT is being monitored closely for potential hermie traits. Will check later at lights on and grab some pics

Slightly pissed as i was offered clones at the start of this grow but i still have the blue cheese to fall back on

Been thinking about what to do when cannabis gets legalised in the uk as im 90% certain its within touching distance most likely this year. It will definatly be a career changing moment for me. Were all gonna have to meet up when it happens :Sharing One:

Heya Seymour, this grow looks amazing. looking forward to more and im subbed.

Very Nice Seymour, Blue Cheese is in my top 3, some of the best tasting herb.
Do you know what breeder it is? Or is it bag seed, iv been look at doing some next, I have some UGORG#1 which is surprised to be better than Blue Cheese.
Love Cheese lol

Love Cheese lol

the blue cheese is bag seed from an ounce I had a few years back, the bud was loaded with pips and ive grown it in the past and their all reg seeds so it could be possible that they originated from ugorg, im in full agreement it is 1 of the tastiest strains you can get for flavour, I had some in the dam but it was nothing compared to the stuff you get in the uk, without a doubt mate ugorg seeds are some of the finest you will get and they are all regs and carry a hefty price tag, I could not grow any of his seeds without keeping cuttings for future use.

i think barneys farm and big Buddha version of the blue cheese all use big buddhas version of the cheese which carries afghan where as ugorg uses the uk exo clone only in all his crosses alongside the livers/ sheff blues keeping it pure home grown uk, im also under the understanding that the breeder has/is going into retirement so those seeds will be rare in years to come

day 33/3

im gonna stick my neck out and say that the skunk#11 is female im still not 100%

superb growth in just 3 days and this lasts for 2 weeks, the smell is of connoisseur grade and they aint hit full flower yet, they all will be upped to 2.2 ec tomoz still with full grow - micro - bloom , thinking of dropping the silica
