Strain: Sweet seeds dark devil auto
90cm x 50cm tent
Mars TS600
Medium: Canna coco coir + perlite
Nutrients: Canna Coco line
day: 9
Enviro: 23C and 50% humidity

So my seedling had been coming along fine until the last two days, she had just been on water+rhiztonic but had her first feed yesterday of A+B to 0.6EC, I am following the Canna Light Feeding Schedule. This was PH to 6.0
In the last 48 hours the leaves have continued growing but are showing blotches - seemingly not a coincidence with her first feed.

what is this? A deficiency? I haven’t seen this on a seedling before and I have always used this nute line

Plants that young rarely have a deficiency. They get burned up by over-feeding more often. That is not the case here but I usually feed 0.3 (150 PPM) for the first feed.

Triploids have all manor of strange leaves in the beginning and this may just be genetics but keep an eye on it.
