Indoor Blackstar 240 flower/uv or veg/ho?

going in a dr90II with supplemental cfl's and will be adding a 250hps once flowering commences. anyone use both of these or does everyone use the flowering model? Ready to purchase as soon as i make up my mind. lol. thanks in advance for any help. much appreciated.

Just my opinion here>>> I say just get two Blackstar 240 flower models. You can use them from start to finish and add some T5HO for some side lighting when they get bigger. It takes away a lot of higher temp problems that you could have with cfl and hps. Hope this helps, good luck.

Gotham has T5s pretty cheap, and they're cheapest for the Blackstar LEDs from what I've seen. I'm going to veg under a pair of T5s and then switch the T5s to side lights and flower under an LED.

thanks guys. i live where the winters are wicked and the summers are scorchers. temps will be an issue at both ends of the spectrum. i will be garage bound so sometimes heat will help and other times will become a nuisance. i originally planned on 2 leds or 2-250w hps. once i thought about temp issues i thought one of each would be my best bet. the only grows i have ever done were outdoors in sunny sd. just plant and return for harvest. out here is a bit more complicated. outdoor season is short and spotty. days last forever from this time of year till around august or so. light at 6am and not dark till almost 11pm. wanna try autos outdoors and indoors and see what i come up with. thanks again guys. ill stop rambling.
