I just read and watched a video showing the nova decarboxilating and infusing. and yes I am.

as I said looks simpler. especially for small amounts for just the wife and I.

I do not like the flavor of bud that is decarbed - it gets too toasty for me. I decarb the oil after extraction in a hot oil bath. It preserves the flavors better.

Hey Mac you stoned! The Ardent is for decarboxilating and the Magic butter machine is for making extractions with oil, butter, glycerin etc. Two different purposes.

I do think Ardent now makes a sleeve for making extractions in the decarb chamber. The amount one can make at a time is much more in the MBM. I have both the MBM and the Ardent an luv em both . .

yes thats what I was reading. I'm a complete newb o the decarb and infusion thing. any info or advise is muchly appreciated. @Mañ'O'Green

It depends on how much you want to make at a time. With the Ardent, its limited. 7-14 grams decarb. It takes about hour fifteen minutes to decarb. I decarb 2 ounces which takes about 5 hours. Then i toss that in the MBM along with 2 to 2.5 cups of coconut oil and let er spin and light up for 2 hours. If ya can i say get em both.

The amount you can do at a time with the Ardent is much less. And more can be done with the MBM.

I also take all the pruned matter and toss it in a smoothie. No wasting the medicine here.Have fun and welcome.

How do you decarb 2 ounces? mbm?

Yeppers and you can do small batches with the Ardent if you get the additional sleeve for it. Have a good one!
