I am on Instagram and social media is a complete and utter arse!
All about bragging and showing off!
Most of these young fools, know zero about anything, except in order to be popula,r you have to have the best this and that!
I know an older set of people, what with me being 50!
Many don't want the massively strong stuff, as they have lives and families, so a nice smoke at the end of the day is all that is needed!
I have hook ups, if I need the strong stuff, as I do like a nice heavy indica buzz.
In my country, weed is still illegal and I have had neighbours call the cops on me for smoking dank weed.
I don't need that at my age! The people who grassed me are 20 years younger than me too! LMAO
It is the callowness of youth, that makes people wanna be the center of attention, until there is that knock at the door, that is!

Time these young'uns wide their necks in and get a reality check! there are tons of nice strains out there under 20% thc but they are too young and foolish to know that!

Gonna buy 10 of the MAC x cookies auto from Alibongo. Ill get 2 free THC Bomb seeds. Wish there was a US based supplier.

OK i have a Penthouse seeds MAC cross called MAC flurry Auto. I'll drop one as soon as they arrrive!
We can then see what the deal is in 8 weeks time!

Seedfinder is a great resource but it can take a while for new strains to be entered!
Most MAC varieties are photos at the moment, give it a year or two and there will be many more MAC auto crosses!
It has taken a few years for fruity pebbles and banana crosses to hit the auto world.
I know waiting sucks, the only alternative is get photo versions & try growing them 12/12 from seed.
Either that or just grow the smelliest strains you can, the young'uns love that!

I couldn't agree with you more about social media....hence me social distancing since '79.
I'm more of a grower than a shower...lol
As far as potency goes I've heard lots of talk about the potency hype dying down as the commercial market grows.
Not everyone wants to get nuked.
I've smoked every single day for the last 29 years....the best trees I've smoked were in the pre-testing days and the quality of hashish has dropped off significantly from back then also, but this could also be a regional thing?
I really miss that feel good, happy piss your pant's laughing weed...I've been meaning to run some original sweet tooth photos in search of that buzz..maybe one day.

So I bought some seeds from Alibongo and they were out of stock.
I received a phone call from them to advise of such.
The person helping me was absolutely brilliant in the way they helped me out, Customer service par excellance! Highly reputable, they sell seeds from all the major seed houses.
Seed City I have used then for Years, another top quality company, selling major seed company seeds and also bulk seeds in 100 packs of which they will sell singles at a cheap price. They wouldn't be doing so if the product was inferior as they would ruin their very good reputation.
I have had good experience with "Discount cannabis Seeds, Herbies, Just Feminized, The Attitude, The Vault, Pick'n'mix,Ice head shop, sanies seeds, mary's seeds, royal Queens seeds, The Greenhouse, dinafem, the Autoflower Portal, the Gorilla, seedsman, dutch passion, Kannabia, humbolt seed and more" . Boutiques seeds is a different matter as a lot of the time there is no info on whether they live up to the hype.
There are a good number of independat seed seller and auction sites out there but I haven't bought from them.
Autoflower Portal sell some nice strains, can't tell you what THC they are but many AFN'ers have bought and grown them.
I know several of the breeds and they are all good people, buy some seeds and you get instant membership to the forum, which was set up as forum for seed breeders, who often share their breeding projects with members as test beans.
Then there are all the American breeders, Some resellers will post to the UK some won't, homework is the only way here.
Not sure where you are but I'm in the UK. Most UK seller actually post from Spain but that may change in the near future. Alibongo have a UK office where you can pick up from directly but it is up North somewhere and I am down south!

MAC is a cookies strain = M.A.C (Alien Cookies F2 X Colombian X Starfighter)
There are a few MAC strains there but it looks like MAC Flurry is the only auto.

Blue Diesel , Church OG, Laughing buddha, Chemdog, sweet diesel, Black diamond & mango kush are all supposed to giggly but these are also all photos.
Sativa dominant plants are what to look for when it comes to the giggles, which is wht weed from yesteryear was more giggly as it was often from sativa plants.
Luckily in recent crosses, the time to flower and the height of some sativa dominant plants has been made more manageable for indoor grows!

Blue Diesel , Church OG, Laughing buddha, Chemdog, sweet diesel, Black diamond & mango kush are all supposed to giggly but these are also all photos.
Sativa dominant plants are what to look for when it comes to the giggles, which is wht weed from yesteryear was more giggly as it was often from sativa plants.
Luckily in recent crosses, the time to flower and the height of some sativa dominant plants has been made more manageable for indoor grows!

I am determined to get a stable full of auto fire. Not ready to go Photo. I will if I dont find what I'm looking for. I am pretty confident that RocBud will be amazing. The GF says that it is far more stinky than anything I have ever grown. Cant wait to get back home for the smells

Hey @arty zan , I’m not sure about MAC auto. I know @FullDuplex had some projects going, and others say it’s a difficult to work cultivar. Can’t recall why.
And yes, the younger crowd is all about THC percentages, but as us older tokers know, it’s not the whole picture. In fact, the desired effects for me are typically found in 10-15 percenters. Just enjoy another rip.

Hard to convince a customer who demands fire that low THC flower is just as good. Personally I agree that some of the best flower is based on properties other than THC.
