just goggled them there never seen them before thats pretty cool been eyeing up some auto pots myself just havnt done it yet really like my airpots you get a great root ball with the air pruning been thinking of putting a airdome in them also see if would work like the autopots sorry if u mentioned it already but are you running airdomes
:pass:

i did wonder about that does it put extra strain on the pump once the domes get encased in roots
Autopot site wanted £24 delivered whereas I got them from a hydro store for £14 delivered for 4

Yes, I have airdomes. I will turn them on later in the grow.
Always have roots flooding the airdomes.

No idea, not anything I have thought about before. The pump doesn’t seem to alter its noise or anything

I think as long as there is some air gaps and no blockages then it’s all good.

Tell you what I think mate..... after using all sorts of pots.... air pruning, air schmruning. I don’t think it’s all it’s cracked up to be. What a surprise, it’s a marketing thing! In my experience it’s down to how you water. I have had my best ever roots in bog standard 11 litre square pots. I don’t think you would see any reduction in root mass if you personally went to normal pots. You’re good at watering and that’s what’s making your big root balls [emoji106]

Current temps of room, bit cooler today

The good news is that I have good control over the full room temps, I.e no hot spots etc and my readings are accurate across those, even to the top of the pots.

So I just need to be able to handle those hot days
