Did the transfers this morning. About 1/3 of each plate sectioned and dropped in the jars.

And sitting on the cable box for a little warmth.

Should see growth in a week or two.

Each jar has about 120ml in them so should be good for 10 syringes each. If I use a full syringe on each bag hoping for really fast colonization.

@JP1 you weren't kidding when you said you were harvesting two or three times a day.

Todays is from the 2nd block. Still a couple small stragglers on the first I'm going to let grow out before I trim and soak for a 2nd flush.

Will weigh it all up when the rest are done. Took the finished block, undid the rubber bands, took the bag off and flipped it, put the bags and bands back on. See if I can get it to fruit from the bottom side.

Spritzed the flipped block again and started the fanning.

Still not seeing any green so might get another flush out of them.

Already getting good growth. About a week and I figure we can test on agar plates.
