the edge of my leaves r curling up.i have no idea whats going on,they r lovely rich green but r ever so slightly lightening?

If there not discolour or going crispy I would not worry
If you have epsom salt now the time is dose 1/2 tsp per gallon in your next feed for one feed only as they will be shifting into flower
maybes up the feed to 1.5ml per litre each watering as well
can you not see any little white hairs at the leaf junction?

yeah mate just checked they have,they didnt yesterday lol.will molasses work havent got epson and the humidity i havent a clue, temp is 32c but well airated.
32c is high, the higher the temp the less o2 the water can hold, if your grow room is quite dry add an open bowel of water to the grow room for the next 2-3 weeks to bring the humdity up until the plants get bigger
ok try this up feed to 1.5ml each water theres (more mg in the fert)
add a 1/4 tsp of molasses to a tiny bit of boiling water to disolve it add this to the feed and use it once per week

1.5ml per litre, you need to disolve the 1/4 tsp in hot water first then add it to the fish mix in water but only add 1/4 tsp of molasses once per week
when you said airated i got confused if theres nothing you can do to bring the temp down thats fair enough but if your intake is not to cold try to blow the cool air across the top of the plants to cool the light or leave the ballast outside of the room if its a hot one if thats an option try and get it below 30c
