Hey guys can anyone tell me what soil and nutrients they think are best and why?

Thanks

:stir::stir::stir:I use a light soil mix with Advanced Neutriens which work well,I also did a grow with Plagron bat mix and the taste of he weed was amazing but there are many different options.

Iv used biobizz soil for a year,it's pretty nice,it holds it's ph stability really good..but iv now switched to a soil from guanokalong,it's a richer soil and I'm very happy with it,iv been growing outdoors and stopped nutes because of the crap weather, the soil is pretty loaded with bat shit and other goodness and its kept my girls looking healthy and green throughout,

Plagron royality mix it is for me, hands down! :) I was already pretty happy with Biobizz but Plagron beats it in my honest opinion. I noticed a significant increase in yield since using Plagron soil so that's me convinced ;) I'm clueless on nutes though, especially after burning a perfectly healthy plant with frickin' nutes, d'oh. Don't fix it if it's not broken, lol

There is a whole thread on nutes and soil mixes posted at the begining of the forum.

It depends on your water source and experience and plants so its not a one size fits all question

All the nutrients are pretty much available world wide but soils can be more localized unless you want to pay big freight charges to have them shipped to you. If you are in the US, I would suggest you look either Pro Mix or Sunshine Mix. If you can get Pro Mix, which is what I and many other here use, I would suggest using it with the Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect line of nutrients. As long as your water source has ppm below about 125 they are very effective at keeping the pH in balance, thereby eliminating a lot of pH related issues that many growers experience.

I use Roots in the top 1/2 of pots and to start babys and subcool's supersoil in the bottom 1/2 of pots... water when they need it no extra nutes needed..

Are you talking Tap Water or RO water? I know RO is what they want you to use but trying to understand what you talking about.

While not soil, I use 100% Perlite hempy buckets and the lucas formula. There are others doing the same. You can flip through the grows to see the exact setup I'm talking about.
