I've been having a issue with bc vapor a online vape store in Canada. They have a pretty good reputation on the web from what I could find but man I feel a bit screwed here.

I ordered a utillian 5 along with a glass bubbler and 2 replacement coils. When I called to verify my order the lady said my bubbler would be delayed as the guy packing it broke it. And they would send that later along with the coils and other freebies. Ok I'm fine with that. But they would send the utillian 5 now, it shipped on the 25th.

My main reason for wanting this thing was to take on a cruise and hit some dabs on my balcony. I go on this cruise the end of the month. It's hard to find this wax pen and it's rated as one of the best.

I have been using thier website to see where my order is and it hasn't moved. The website doesn't use the tracking number just order number and says where it is in process of delivery. Mine has never moves from its been picked up.

So email, I use the website talk to a csr. None of this gets me a answer to my question "what's my tracking number?" So I call the people today and the lady says they don't have a tracking number. They gave it to Canada post and for sure it went out but no tracking number.

I'm pretty pissed I will put in some emails.
