Just thought would mention it, the girls are 29 days old today. Are they on track?

Yes, they look great for their age, right on track. I only see a couple leaf tips with a little tinge of yellow on the ends. Nothing serious but I'd go easy on the next feeding.

So I am beginning to wonder if I am growing in too small of containers. I am using a 10" square pot. Is this large enough to finish the girls in, or will I need to transplant?
I am already seeing roots growing out of the drainage holes.

Do you know how many gallons they are? If not, what are the other dimensions? They look plenty big enough in your pics.

The pot dimensions are 8"w x 10"h x 8"d so roughly 2.8 gallons.

Those pots are big enough for the whole grow. By the time you're finished the whole pot will be one big root ball.
