Well they are all chopped and hanging to dry. I cannot believe how much more crystal-i-fied they are today. They are so shiny and pretty.

I feel as though I got a pretty decent yield, definitely the most weed I have ever seen at one time. All of the lower buds are perfect. Now for the bad news.

The main colas on both plants have mold growth.
It was isolated to a few small patches, I was able to remove all of these areas, and I am allowing them to dry away from the nice mold free bud. I guess the humidity was too high?

I have the few moldy buds drying on a rack, can they be saved? They are so fucking pretty, I hate to see them go to waste.

Good Morning!

I just finished thoroughly checking over every stalk for mold. I do not see any new mold growth and the buds are starting to REAK! I have pictures but, I am going to wait until I get them all situated before I post.

I have the buds hanging upside down in a large room. I have no way of checking the humidity at this point, what should I do?

I did not remove many of the sugar leaves. They are starting to curl up around the buds.

High humidity and possible not enough air circulation. Keep a fan gently blowing on them as they dry and they should be fine. Regarding the moldy buds, you can do a water cure on them and it will clean up the mold. You can dry it and smoke it after but I would recommend using it to make oil or butter instead.

I have to be careful this time of year with the wet spring weather. I have no dehumidifier in my area, no room for one, and have run into some minor mold issues. Adding a second circulation fan has helped tremendously.
