New Grower Bagseed Experiment v3.0

I cleared out the cups with no plants and found 1 stuck under soil and replanted it, looked yellow and lifeless.

With photo. periods strains it's generally best to just repot when you see them start to turn a little pale. You keep that going until you get into your final pot the one you're going to flower in, I like to get in that final pot about 3 weeks before I go to 12 12, anyway then you just fertilized late in flower that was way I preferred when I was doing photo period strains.

So, would you in a sense say that repotting and and the sudden fresh soil with every repot is more beneficial for the plant than planting it straight away in its flowering pot.

It's a darned good question and will be debated until the end of time. You could do a 50/50 split and see what works best for you and let us know how you get on. Could be interesting. Either way, good luck chum !

Well if you go completely organic then feeding is a requirement and it doesn't cause any long-term harm.

If you're just using mineral fertilizers or even fertilizers billed as organic like foxfarm, you're going to have to flush at different times during your grow. It's the flushing part the bugs me. When I used to grow with Fox Farm I remember one time I flushed my plants on schedule and I took the run off water outside and I dumped it underneath a tree and I killed the tree. So that kind of gave me a negative towards doing a lot of feeding in soil.

Then most soils that you see in hydro shops these days are super soils and they were designed to not feed until you get late in flower. So when you're growing photoperiod Strains I think just based on my experience that's the best way to go. If you're doing autoflowers you really need to be feeding pretty soon after you get started and then all the way through.
