Mephisto Genetics AvT Special & White Crack fast forward to Week 5

Foreseeing a shortage of bud i dropped these 2 beans before Xmas, we went away for 12 days over the holidays and had them both hooked up to Blumat XL each sharing a 6L reservoir with some CalMg and Biobizz Heaven, they took being left alone fine and touch wood have been rocking along so far since.

Have upped the pot size this time to 11L fabric pots over the 6L Airpots i have used in the past, no real reason for the change to fabric from the Airpots and just felt like trying them out for a change. Am running the LED 24/7 as there is just to much of a temp drop if lights are out. Gone full spectrum from the start as i did in my Fastbuds run, and as then they have clearly vegged a lot longer and harder than just running the LED on veg only spectrum as i did last run, AvT did not show sex till Week 4 and White Crack only showing clear pistils over the last week.

Both have been super cropped shortly after showing sex, and look to have taken it well throwing out multiple colas on both girls. AvT is well into stretch and flowers are just starting to form and her next veg feed will be the last before starting on bloom, White Crack has only just really started to show pistils and stretch and looks to have another good week or two of veg left in her yet.

Been using a Xiaomi Plant Monitor to keep track on soil fertility and moisture to give me a idea of how strong to feed and how often, not sure how accurate it is but gives a rough idea of how hard the girls are feeding, and compared to the Parrot monitor is cheap as chips and wont care if it craps out, the light monitor is a bit useless though after the first couple of weeks as is stuck in the soil a shaded by the leaves, but so far pretty happy with it

Yeah is a pretty cool bit of kit taking into consideration you can get three for the price of one Parrot Flower Power monitor and does just about the same. Have only got one monitor that the app lets me use on and switch plants, the option is there in the app to add more than one device but due to the aforementioned reason have not been able to test it with more than one connected for now.
