Indoor Autotron's organic super soil perpetual grow

Looking good, my friend. Decided to jump into the dirt pile, huh? I've been thinking about trying a coco coir grow or two myself. Hydro's still working killer for me, just maybe possibly in the mood for a little sumpin' sumpin' different.
Got another slow-flower here; Dutch Passion Mazar pic below. That Fast Buds' Rhino Ryder (Medicine Man) slow flower from last year took 45 days veg / four months total, but yielded almost 13 oz. I'm hoping this Mazar doesn't go that long as well but she's 30 days in as of today and no pistils showing.
But she's a pretty girl... I'd hit it
:woody:

Hope all's good your way, my Friend, catch ya later!

Yup, I definitely enjoyed hydro, but the time I have to dedicate to my plants is at a premium lately. I'm all about convenience, quality and variety these days, so I don't mind the smaller yields that come from 2-gallon organic soil pots. It makes it easy to just pop in a new plant here and there without having to manage different nutrient schedules, res changes and massive plants. I basically just water them and hit them with a tea and some top dressings here and there and they grow themselves!

In the future I'll definitely run hydro again though. That HSO UK Cheese turned out absolutely amazing. I'll probably run 2-4 different Ace sativas when I do.

That Mazar looks pretty outstanding! Man, that's a lot of tops. Great job training it. I do love a good Afghan or Pakistani Indica. Can't beat them for flavor. Have you ever run Dutch Passion's Night Queen? Some amazing flavors on that one.

You get any good fishing in this spring?

No fishing yet, haven't even been out on my lake yet. Family stuff, traveling, thinking about moving south after the brutal winter. But honestly, the main thing that's kept me away from the fish is rain... everytime I look at the extended forecast for the U.P. it's rain for two, sun for one, rain for one, sun for two... never a good stretch when I can get away. But I'll get there, just a matter of when.
@MrOldBoy is a #$%^&@* did you see that catfish????? And the brown trout was badass too. If I caught either one of those I'd be rubbing it in too :worship:

Beautiful combo there!!! I'm not used to seeing catfish and brown trout caught together - different trips / lakes? Wherever it was, SWEET!!!!!

Catfish - Fox River in Illinois

Brown Trout - White River, Arkansas

The catfish in the Fox are fairly abundant with 6-9 lb common and easy to catch but a 35 lb cat little more rare

The Brown is small compared to the 35 plus pound and even bigger trout the White gives up - has held several world records over the years ......

Smallies out of the Fox River too, same spot as catfish

Just finished taking down the last of the Double Grape tonight. I did 1/3 of her last Thursday and got busy, so had to leave the rest for later. Massive dense pinecone buds of oily sticky goodness. I think she'll fill 4 quart-sized Mason jars after drying up.

The rest of my girls are within a couple weeks or so of finishing up as well. They're doing fine. I must say, I love the blumats I installed a while ago. They take a while to get calibrated, but once they do, they work so darn well.

I'll get some pics up later in the week. Just wanted to update my thread as it's been a long time with the extended site outage last month.

Took down the Strawberry Nuggets at last. It was small. The size of a Sour Crack, about a foot tall. Yield looks low, but I'm not holding a grudge against the strain until I've grown it a few times. Looking forward to sampling the buds. I'm really baked on skme Double Grape at the moment. Very stony and sticky weed with low smell. It's tasty, but definitely low smell.

The rest of the shots are what I've got left in my tent. A Forgotten Cookies in the front left, an old 3 Bears OG ready to come down tomorrow and a magnificent White Chem in back left. Wow, what a beauty. You can see my blumats in these pics too. I love these things once they get dialed in. They keep the soil at the perfect saturation 100% of the time. My plants have loved them and I look forward to using them again. I have them hooked up to a 23-gallon plastic garbage can outside my tent. I could ignore a full tent of plants for a couple weeks with no issues. I've pretty much just been peeking in at them for a minute and being like "OK, all good". They fit in really well with TLO-organic style growing where all the work is in setting up the soil and the occasional top dressing.
