AutoSeeds 2024 Show Grows
I've got a question for anyone that participated in the growing of these girls.

Did anyone notice any nutrient sensitivity in early growth?

At first a year, I will have an all AutoSeeds grow and I'll be using BAS 3.0 media That I've never used before with an auto or from seed. There is a possibility that it can be a little too 'spicy' for autos. I'm not worried about germination, since I germinate in rooters under a humidity dome.

Have you had any reports on any of the girls being a bit sensitive to this particular media?

I wish I could start this grow in the next couple of weeks instead of at the first of the year. I want to spend Christmas with my boy in Mississippi and I just can't leave that long with the dehumidifier that I have. It doesn't have a drain that I can hook it up to. They will all be in 15 gallon punch so I can go a few days without watering.
I definitely have some changes in mind in that aspect when I build my grow room in my shop

I can't say I've heard of BAS 3.0 but after looking into the ingredients nothing appears too alarming. On the whole, it looks suitable for autoflowers however I would start with a light feeding schedule (autos can be more sensitive to nutrients compared to photos) and regularly check pH and PPM concentration levels.

I appreciate the feedback!
I really haven't seen any problems with any of the girls but it didn't hurt to ask.

How many days total did yours take to mature?
1st one is harvested, took 4 months, 178g in soil.

#2 and 3 were started 2 weeks later from replacement seeds after non-germination. They're still going, I expect to chop in about a week, so currently 4 1/2 months. Of those 2 one wouldn't flower and was moved to 12/12 where it did flower.

I do really like how vigorous this strain is as far as side branching, It should be an absolute beast if someone used hydro.

Yeah, I thought that Strain ran fairly long.

I chopped Durban Poison on day 90. She gave up 140 g. of top bud, and 51 g. of bottom buds, too good to be called larf. In coco with only MegaCrop 1-part. I didn't wait for a lot of ambers, less than 10%. Probably would have continued to add weight if I waited longer. Very strong initial kick, leading to a balanced high. Here's her last photo on day 85:

Interesting.
I imagine that all my girls will be running fairly long since I'm going to be putting them in 15 gallon pots.
I'll be running CO2 again but mainly in just some augmentation role. I think I'll only run the lights and the temperatures only slightly elevated from norm.

I reordered Durban Poison today.

This has been so well liked by my receivers that I'm going to grow another round of it.
Had a tracking number within minutes, and received the seeds the very next day!

Also a Gorilla Glue sample. Never grown any GG varieties.

I know in my seed collection I have at least one with some GG in the parentage.
My first grow ever was with a Linda Seeds variety of the GG4. Very very heavy body high!
