About ready to harvest my first MSNL OG KUSH Auto. No idea weight yet, but will update as it comes down.

With that being said, i started the first OG with an unknown bagseed. I also started two more OG Autos around week 6 of the bagseed, thinking if the bagseed didn't work out, i'd have more to harvest around the time the first OG was dryed/cured, keeping the supply good to go. Confusing, but basically I currently have 1 very nice bagseed and two Auto OG's in my tent.

The bagseed is currently in it's 12th week of veg and showed female sex around week 11. I topped, and started LST early on, so i have four main colas that are looking really good. The Auto OG's are currently 5 weeks from seed and are flowering really nicely since about week 3. Everyone looks extremely healthy at the moment.

SO...I'm switching lights from 18/6 to 12/12. I know the school of thought is this will affect my Autos, but I'm willing to see how it works out. I'll keep the journal going, adding pictures, updates etc. for those wondering how Autos do in 12/12 after 5 weeks of veg/flower.

Ive ran autos in 12/12 n it dropped the final weight a little bit but it wasnt overly dramatic. You can flower ur photoperiod plant with 13 n a half hours of light if u wanted to add a bit more light for the autos. 12/12 is just the traditional flowering scedule. Nice work bud.

Thanks. This all my first grow, I think I've had some definite beginners luck. Years in a traditional veggie garden helps I guess.

I should note my setup

2x2x4 tent
300w (actual) in mix rating of CFLs
3 gal pot with Orchid mix
Nutes - Generic soluble grow/boom and Calmag only

Just to update for my own sake.

Ended up with little over an ounce with the first Auto OG. Sub par lighting at the beginning was the factor for a lower than expected yield.

On the the other 3. I switched everything over to 12/12 roughly 3 weeks into the Auto's flowering, and 12 weeks into the Photo's veg. 3 weeks on 12/12 now and everything is going gang busters. Both Auto's are doing fantastic, and the photo is flowering away. SO 12/12 after roughly 3-4 weeks in veg hasn't slowed down the Auto's that i can see.

The crazy thing is the pheno expression on the Auto's. Same Auto OG seeds from MSNL, but two very different plants. One is very indica dominant looking, big fat fan leaves, big top buds with a large main cola. Little bit of branching off, but def shorter than the other. The 2nd is this massive wild bush, but not a compact bush. It has long slender leaves with very tight dense, and multiple colas, but tall and lanky at the same time. I'll get some pics up shortly.

The Photo plant was topped and trimmed up so it currently has 4 very nice tall colas, and an extremely "sweet" lemon scent to it. Almost like Pledge it a run my fingers over the pistils. Very excited for this one, i even snagged 4 clones off of her late in the veg cycle to reproduce if she was a winner. Hoping that's the case!

Here's a terribly taken photo of the two Auto OG, you can see the difference in leaf and plant structure. Both started same time, same environment, etc.

Other pics are of the Bagseed beauty. Smells more like lemon pledge everyday.
