Some bam
My first go with autos in coco. At day 40 and still not in flower officially. Does that seem right. I normally grow autos in ffhf and at this stage I’m usually farther along as far as flowering goes. Usually by day 40 I have budlets or they’re forming. Does coco make autos veg longer? Or do your autos normally veg over 40 days? I started flower nutes 5 days ago.

Coco shouldn’t make it slower, depending on a variety of things but it’s not a “thing” - I expect that’s the plant/genes (not all seeds are the same) I am no expert with feeding but I don’t think you should be adding bloom nutrients when the plant is still in veg

What myth says I shouldn’t feed bloom nutes at day 40? There’s pistils visible too

Length to flower IMO lends more to genetics and some environmental factors. I was going to ask if there’s at least pistils, which you answered. If you’ve grown this exact cultivar before in FFHF it could just be a longer vegging pheno.

And not really a myth about the bloom nutes rather than common advice by @Zaaboot, your plant is still in veg/pre-flower and will eat a ton of N during stretch, which your bloom feed will likely be lacking (relative to the plant’s needs). Personally i’d be a 50/50 mix of veg/bloom nutes at this stage until flower sets in fully, but i’m still learning myself and different methods work just fine or better FWIW.

This was a simple yes or no question not a lecture me what I’m feeding question.

When I grow in coco my autos usually show sex around day 25 and then start into flower. Maybe you have a variety that likes to veg a bit longer.

My first time with autos in coco and my first time running pacific seed bank gear

I’m at 75/25 veg bloom mix never said I stooped veg nutes. I’ll taper them off as I get deeper into flower and as I up the bloom. Usually around day 55-60 I drop veg nutes completely and run cal mag and bloom

Apologies, your OP was vague in that area as well
as the genetics…you’re on point IMO with the nute side. Saw your thread and i’m pretty sure the plant in question is the Romulan x Haze auto. If yes, likely getting a hazy pheno that’s going to take a while to finish while it goes beast mode.
