I just emailed them and asked them if their 2 pot systems were "complete" and included the following list.
I also asked them what shipping would be to my town in Massachusetts USA because this is probably where my $$$ would come in
- 1x 12.4 gallon tank & lid
- 1x ¼” top hat grommet
- 1x ¼” golf filter
- 2x 1Pot trays & lid
- 2x 3.9 gallon pot
- 2x ¼” inline tap
- 2x AQUAvalve
- 6.6ft of ¼” pipe
- 1x ¼” cross connector
- 2x Root Control Disc
I received my order yesterday. I have yet to open it up but I did check the shipping invoice and it indicated everything that you were told as well. For all intents and purposes I’d say it’s very much a complete kit and anything not included would be a “preference”? Meaning longer/extra tubing etc.
As for shipping to the US, I’d say the difference between our currency would probably wipe out most, if not all of the cost of shipping (if ordering a few sets perhaps?)

They were probably overstocked on the 2 pot system and needed to dump a few units. Just my two cents.
