Grow Mediums AutoPots and pH instability, could it be your water source?

You might consider using AN pH Perfect, Remo or other base nutrients that claim to be be very pH variation-tolerant, with their optimally chelated nutrients available to the plants over a wider range than others, particularly if you start with low salt/EC/ppm water. I and I'm sure many others use these AN pH Perfect nutrients with Auto-Pots, and like my self haven't bothered to check feed pH for years. pH of the nutes going in is simply irrelevant (if using still-fresh nutes prepared using low salts/ppm water). And adjusting pH of these base nutrient products is counter-productive, just involves adding more useless background ions/salts making it harder for these nutes to work properly through a wide pH range.

I have pH perfect line from AN. However, my plant in coco (coco don't have pH buffers like soil) become sick. I bought pH meter and check pH of nutes. And it's almost 7. That caused sick plant.

I don't think, can't imagine how/why, neutral pH AN pH Perfect feeding would have made your plant "sick." If your pH going in after mixing pH Perfect base nutes was near 7 (and you started with low salt content water), that is well within the range of pH in which pH Perfect nutes are effective.

I'd more suspect something other than the functionality of your base nutes as causing your plant's problems, whatever they were.

What coco were you using, such that it "don't have pH buffers"? What I use and I presume most people use now are products that make strong claims about the coco being pH stable. This can be from chemical buffering and/or having very low ions/salts/EC/ppm from being washed many times. Also, you want coco that is consistent in its quality. Between pH stability and consistency, this may effectively rule out many cheaper coco products.

I am using Plagron coco, which is stable and from reputable company. It is also buffered and with added trichoderma.
However, it was first test grow in coco, but anyway... I feel sad about plant and 60 days which has passed, and she's not ready yet.

I was using AN nutes in soil for 2 years and never checked pH, but as I said soil has (better) buffers in it. And you can see in my signature, soil grows was pretty good and more important - trouble free.

It could just be the one plant you grew. Keep in mind, half of any seeds you plant are, by definition, going to be below average, and there is wide variation among seeds/plants.
