Man, i dont know nothin bout nothing, but id be leaning towards youre seeing 1 plant out eat the other plant.
You put 2 pets in the same pen with 1 bowl of food and inevitably 1 eats more than the other, gets bigger.
In this case maybe 1 plant is sucking up a particular nute/micronute faster than the other plant in rhe rez and its affected growth?
Who knows, i hope ot settles down for ya tho!

Plausible. But based on what i saw when i filled it, that shouldnt be an issue. The tray is kinda split. And with the float valve, it SHOULD make up for that. Im hoping by hand watering the air dome plants another couple times theyll correct.

i grow with autopots but the separate ones but still using the same 47lt res I've had smaller plants next to each other as long as there growing still and look healthy i wouldn't worry also with the airdome i cant answer that as ive never used them but maybe @pop22 can help you he's a master with autopots and a wealth of information pal

When did you turn on the air domes, and what is the lpm of the air pump? Autopot recommends 4lpm to run four air domes..so about 1lpm per pot. So if your pump is more than 2lpm they are probably getting too much air to the root zone

I didnt see that!! Now im almost 100% sure thats the issue. Its for a 10g to 20g aquariums. Which is generally a few "gallons" per minute. So itll be a lot too much for the 2 airdomes im running. I spose ill try my old one. Rated WAY lower.

Edit: i turned on the res last weekend. The plants were Around 2.5 weeks old.

I seemed to have missed this. Thanks tom! Im going to switch to my old one. If i dont get turn around in a week ill just unhook the air entirely.

I use close to the same setup as you and grow big girls all day. I have one dual pot and one single. I have cobs and they work way better than the blurple light FYI. As far as airstones I threw out the one autopots sells and use the long black flexible kind you see in fish tanks. I buy the longest one I can find that doesn't have an opening at both ends 24" I like best, I will spiral it up so it's tall and not just flat on the bottom. I run a commercial air pump to em it pumps hella air in there. Trunks as big as my thumb in about a month or so. I think of it as a hybrid dwc soil method lol. Anyways it works well for me so far.

Its been a while!! A quick update. Plants are still alive. The 2 without air are doing way better still. May be the air, may be that they got stunted on my trip.
So i switched the position of the happy frog (front) girls to better fit in the tent.

These blurples are not my favorite by any means, but as im not rich, i use what i got. They dont totally suck though. Frosty as frosty. Id love a whole tent full of bigsmo cobs. I just gotta justify the expense with need over want. So when i get these to burn out, i can upgrade. [emoji41]

Yeah they do cost good money so understood. Those look good too, almost done.

My current grow is 3 girls in a 2x4. They went in the pots 8/8-8/10. I think I want to get a quantum board to add more light.

Blurples 1 more time.

The back right has decided shes done. 8 weeks. Thatd be ocean forest no air. Clearly a pheno thing, but i do have a second one pushing like closer to 9 otlr 10 weeks. And the other 2 woth air... At least that long.

But, as you know ive done some light tucking once in a while, but no removal. Heres what my lowers that were getting shaded look like. FROSTIER THAN THE TOPS
