Hi friends!

i've found myself with photosensitives in the bloom tent under the CMH but an autoflower that
I have to now keep in the other tent with my vegging clones. It's flowering but not that well.

Very green :)

I bought some cheap LED things and added them yesterday but not sure how this is going to turn out.
Learning as we grow ....

Anyone else have much luck blooming under the bluer spectrum MH lamps?

I realize this is a really incredible "problem" to have eh?

Cheers!

You can flower under MH albeit with less stretch since MH are around 6000k whereas how are around 2700k. You can steer generative growth by spacing out watering a bit to imitate drought but you don't need to, they will still bloom under that spectrum.

The MH light will not penetrate as well as an HPS. It will bloom, but the buds may be more airy.

You could veg with HPS + Cold spectrum led or T5 right above the vegging plants. think about it this way the sun isnt blue, it isnt red either, its both. - just in fall times (flower time for our plants) the spectrums get reddish outdoors... so indoors we can just imitate that.. now with all kind of spectrum leds its very easy... people getting superb results with 3500k and 4000k (which is about the color I get when putting cold leds together with the 2700k hps.... good luck man
