Im new here so hello to everyone!

Just wondered a couple of things, would really appreciate any help you's can offer!

1) How much space would I need to grow an autoflowering plant comfortably? (including space for venting)

2) If I was to grow just 1 plant, what (real) wattage cfl would be ideal? Is it better to get a few cfl bulbs at a lower wattage than just 1 main for better light coverage?

Any help would be great

i would say a 125w blue cfl in a 1x1x 3ft high is bear bear min depending on strain (or do a pc grow)
but you could do most in a 1.5x1.5x 4ft 200w cfl

cheers for the advise,

So do you think 1 200W cfl would be ok to grow 1 autoflowering plant? Does it need to be blue or red? or would a dual one be better?

go for blue depending on brand you could do 3-4 under the 200w 2ftx2ft put I think you could just get away with a single plant under a 125w blue

the 200w would let you grow a taller auto but if you want a sub 20" auto like hbd i think you will be ok with the 125w cfl

I've seen some nice single plant grows using 4 23w or 2 42w bulbs. The plants will be on the smaller side but done right you can definitely pull 10-15g with that much light. Definitely go with 6500k if you're only going to use one spectrum. Otherwise you could end up with a stretched plant that is too tall for your lights.

I would advise a PC grow with a 150w 1 for both spectrums and get some smaller side lighting cfls, mix the spectrum and you'll get better results

thanks for the advice, probably go for both spectrums as want to try get the best possible yield off 1 plant with cfls.
