autoflower on 12/12 wont stop growing

Here is my autoflower its with photoperiod the buds are tiny compared to my photoperiod its 6 inches from 400w hps can i cut top of plant off as my photoperiods are to far from light now heres pics sorry for poor pics as i cant get more pics until lights come on in 10hrs its nearly 6ft i cant lower light as its top of tent and it wont stop growing

Photo's should not be in the same tent as auto's. Auto's need 18/6 hr of light and 12/12 for photos Cut top off or try tying the tops down.oother than that they look fine.

Perform a super crop, basically bending over the tops of the colas.

I don't often differ from a mods info but I've run autos and photos together for almost two decades....on 12/12. Never found any issues that prohibit it.

More likely than not, 12/12 for an auto will be an enervate grow.

It's more likely that some growers don't know how. Kinda locks one in if there isn't an alternative.

Thanks all i will tie it down as much as i can i have 4 photoperiods in there as well if the auto is not finished by the time my photoperiods are could i extend light time or do u think it could mess it up as it will have been on 12/12 for 9 weeks it was a free seed so i thought i would experiment

Just keep the 12/12 going....it'll finish just fine with no extra.....

Build a soil just did a test in season 3 with 12/12. They grew beautifully and got really good results. He did one earth box with autos on the 18/6 cycle and one with a 12/12 cycle. Both had really good results. The node spacing was different and that’s about it. Check it out on YouTube.

Personally, I am the opposite. I prefer to grow my autos with lights running full spectrum continuously.
