Lighting AutoCob, Auto Flower, megacrop thread.

And MC base apparently works well over a range concentrations. I just used MC from sprouting till harvest, using 1.5 g/L (5.67 g/gallon) from late veg to harvest, alone with a full range of other additives, and saw no deficiencies or excesses (other than fully expected earliest signs of Mg deficiency, with me holding back on adding cal-mag to MC and giving Ca, Mg an Si through foliar feeding). Many others apparently use much lower doses and fewer or even NO additives.

Wow, that is amazing. So much added at an early age. There is something much deeper here. Synthetics added heavily will ruin a plant Instantly but this stuff is just absorbed and the plants remain happy as can be.

Place and order at cobshop and get 1000g for free. Ohh that sneaky salesman lol
That’s actually a great deal. And I’m hoping to be ordering another 4 tent special Or two. Just gotta get through this next year and I hope I’m able to get back to myself, capable Of getting chit done. Right now I’m like a nice set of tits on a bull about fu king useless lol.

I can’t take all the credit. Just got another 200 cards in. The first 50 went quick.

Your response suggests that you consider the 5.67 g/gallon rate throughout bloom to be high (I'm doing drain-to-waste in coco/perlite in Air-Pots). I recall you feed at lower rates. But 5.67 plus additives isn't really high for MC. Looking at the "Feeding Instructions" page now, 6 g/gallon is now recommended for bloom weeks 5-harvest. It seems the doses have changed, gone up, since I remember considering 5.67 g/gallon to be higher than recommended when I started MC.

Perhaps, related to "something much deeper here" is that at least for me, MC is rather pH-tolerant, suggesting attention paid to its formulation. Either I am lucky (doubtful) or the nutes are high quality chelated and bioavailable, similar to AN pH Perfect base nutes. I started MC with 1 plant, saw no problems, and then slowly adopted it as base nutes instead of AN Connoisseur pH Perfect Bloom A&B (modified simple TaNg schedule), seeing no problems. And along the way, I've never checked pH or ppm (using tap water in the 225-240 ppm range). Why bother? If anything since switching (of course, all of this continues to be primarily powered by AutoCOBs), buds seem to be bigger and better-formed, while overall yield, potency and quality remain as good if not better than before. I will be sticking with MC as base. I consider it comparable, maybe better, than AN Connoisseur pH Perfect Bloom A&B.

Soooooo nearing the end for a few of the girls running mc sc and calmag pro

They have faded out pretty nicely even while feeding high ppms of MC last rez change peaked over 800 that was at 5grams a gal and .5 a gal on the additives Ro water

Would you guys advise a week of lower ppms before harvest or maybe even a week of just sweet candy??
