I've recently taken the plunge into the DWC world with the above,started on 22/8/12 and the taproot has hit the water,pics will follow soon

Good luck man, the Think Different is not fussy at all and overall really easy to get going.

Keep checking those PH levels my friend, also i imagine your light is gonna heat up the room a treat so controlling the res temp is an issue you will have to face. 24oC is the max but try to keep under 20 if possible. I had nasty swings in temp and it was 1 factor i blame for some leaf curl i was experiencing early on.

yeah mate,i had to reduce it to one light as heat is becoming a serious pain for me even with two 5"cold intake fans,im gonna wrap the res in some reflective material to see if that will help the res temps

here's a pic of my dwc setup with one 600hps on at the moment until i get the res temps under control,i did the first res change so lets see how they like it now they have rhiz,canzy,silicone,boost,vega a+b,ph at 5.5-5.6

cheers,i really hope so,this is my first dwc grow so im taking it easy and watching the ladies closely,not trying to achieve what SB did but if i get 200g dry of each i'll be a very happy man indeed...

can somebody tell me what the ideal res temp should be im still having issues with it,going to get 2 cooltubes to see if that will cure my problems
