Indoor Auto Widow Grow

Lax, welcome to AFN. The smell of my widows are medium. I can only get a real strong smell when i am in the grow room, outside it is barely noticeable.

I am nearing harvest time on my biggest girl. When is the best time to stop nutes and just use PH'd water?

hey auto whats good? from all that i've read and from my first grow u wanna stop using nutes, and give just ph'd water about 10-14 days before u harvest. on my first grow i did 10 days and the smoke was very clean burned pure white ash in the bowl.

Personally I just had to chop my crop a little premature for various reasons, and I never stopped using nutes before hand because I didnt know the time was already coming, and I was wondering if it is even necessary to stop using nutes at all? My bowl burns to white ash and I notice no weird flavor or taste to the buds. I mean is it more about the fact that there is chemicals in the buds that you are smoking, and are they dangerous to consume? Because honestly 14 days worth of using nutes (2 WEEKS!) could be the difference of like a half O+.

I have harvested while using nutes and after flushin and only noticed a funny taste and/or smell if the plant suffered from nute burn. Last 4 waters if a healthy plant should be plenty just to be safe. 2+ weeks if you have nuteburn. Be careful with the nutes especially near the end. 1 burn can ruin the whole plant.
