I’m watering 3.7g (3.2g actual fill) air-pots with an automatic watering system. The plants are on day 25. I’m still fiddling and tuning but at the moment it’s about 12oz 5 times a day. 1040EC 6.03ph. My run off is coming out anywhere from 450EC to 350EC. Does this point to underfeeding or it’s great because I’m feeding them just enough to have a little left in the run off? Also if any one would like to share their water schedule that would be great. Thanks

Your plants look happy to me. Just keep doing what you are doing.

Thanks! I’m not super worried about it, I would just like to know why is the EC that low. I did add yucca extract to reservoir for distribution and added some holes to the home made drip halo. They have been watered very heavily at times when adjusting the system. So I know salts are not building up anywhere. I’m thinking the plants are eating 700ec out of the water before it hits the bottom of the pot(??) I’ve done a shitload of reading...but I don’t really have the xp. To me this sounds like a lot of nutes, pointing to
#1: I am not watering enough, like it takes to much time for that one watering event to make its way to the bottom of the pot (??)
#2: I’m gotten a ton of runoff in the last couple days, nutrient concentrations are just a little low (??)

I would like to learn something here. I’m more into that than “This plant will produce weed, I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m done”. Thanks in advance!
