Auto Seeds Auto Seeds 2025 Grow Show.

I especially feel that growing out sick or mutated plants may give a breeder insight as to what caused it.

My grow n show plants either die by themselves, or end in bud, or balls. I'll flip timing if I have to. I don't quit just because it's not easy anymore.

I could grow the same old thing over and over. Everyone I know would be happy, but I'd be bored.

I try to learn a little something every time with a new strain. Sometimes the lesson has nothing to do with the subject.
I get it. Im all about learning new things as much as possible as well. One thing i have noticed from watching other journals, is that if the mutant recovers, it usually makes some good buds, sometimes even outgrowing the ones that started out fine! Im not expecting that, but i do want to see if this is something i will continue to do, see if its worth the time and effort. I hate killing plants, if for some reason they have to move out of the tent, they will still be grown out, just in a new location haha. considering the data so far, everybody has had wierdos pop up from the PM seeds. I would lean towards genetics. I also sprouted 4 other strains at the same time and only had issues with the one PM. It could also just be sensitive genetics and some environmental stresses due to us the growers. I dont know the strain yet so i cant speak of it for certain. There are some really awesome genetics out there that are sensitive as all hell, to everything! Lol.

Im not going to top any of these. I been having some bad luck topping. And been just letting them go naturally. Trimming lower nodes that wont be of anything and some lower bud sites on the lower part of the plant that would be larf. If they get to tall I will super crop as needed. And trim leaves if needed and I will pull some branches out to get light in if it grows really tight. Trying to stress them as little as possible. Be cool to see them more naturally grown compared to the training you guys are doing.
Im not topping anything this round. Not because ive had any problems, but because im not sure im getting as much of a benefit as just a little LST. If i like the way everything turns out then i might just stop all together! Anything to cut out any down time! Especially with autoflowers!

Some genetics are naturally more sensitive, even under ideal conditions. Our breeding team is actively investigating to identify any genetic factors and reduce occurrences in future releases.

That said, props to you and everyone else for your resilience and dedication to your PM plants – hopefully, they thrive and turn into something amazing! 👏
