im reallyexcited to see what happens with this purple kush cross cant wait to watch/smoke your progress

I found with your sr3xsfvog that even though I have never grown either strains used in making the cross I can tell the 2 strains (sr & sfvog) appart really easyly making crossing the sfvog over to auto very easy,as the 2 strains are so different to each other....if that makes any sence?

Thanks for stopping in fellas. Too many of you guys to name individually but thanks for the words of encouragement.

It should be interesting cracking open the PK to see what is in there. I have been waiting for the perfect auto for 2 years now. I might still use some JEM, but we'll see what happens. Just so greatfull for wiz's work.. Probably saves me a few years of Bx'ing.

Everyone who tokes the PK remembers her for a long time. This is the kind of weed where you open the bag and first thing out of anyones mouth is "that smells good".

If i can keep the PK intact i would like to do some kind of release on it. But only if i can accomplish my goal. No sense in half assing it.:no:

The seedlings are coming along fine, i'll get some more pics up in a week or so. No point in a million baby pics!


I do have some more pics of past PK!! Once they invent smell-o-vision you guys'll be able to get a true appreciation for this stuff.

This is how i best describe the PK smell. Initially when you open the bag or jar you get a whiff of road kill skunk. But the smell gets more complex when you put it to your nose. There is an almost hazey smell to it, not that earthy smell but that spicey peppery get right in your nose smell. With a smooth creamy undertone along with the skunk.

When you break up the buds you get the hazey/skunky smell, but you get that nag champa/coffe bean smell to it too.

.they go more towards the Affy smell..it neutralises the fruit..sugar..smells.

That is why i think i should try it as well. I am not after fruity at all. In all honesty i think the ALF is taylord to an AutoOG project.. OG has that lemony taste i got from my ALF's. But i am more going to do the ALF X. to see what it unlocks from the PK.

Both have the WHITE Russian in...so it would be possible to pull the White dom up..
probably easier with the ICU..less Blended.

But..I would be careful about eliminating the colour..because IMO..the colour is the Kush Dom indicator.

I'd bemoreinclined to use High purples as the Kush dom indicator..for the initial cross..

Don't get my wrong. I am not on purpose going to select away from color. Ultimately i am after the PK potency and taste. So if that happens to come from a colored plant that's where i am going. You are the purple wizard, so i just wanted to make it clear i am not trying to set that as a goal.. A perfect AutoPK is the end goal.

I was thinking the ICU BudBomb.. It has the yield for sure. It also had a skunkyness to it.. Really stunk up the place when you cracked the jar. So we'll get a good result with it.

Alway nice to have an alternate view..Huh...or three....or four...ha ha..

I can't wait to start posting up phenos for you guys to choose!! AFN group bred strain. Such a great thing having all your opinions on it!!

Interesting. That is a very good thing.

Once i flip these PK's into flower, i was going to do a mass germ on those and just run them on 12/12 from birth. Just get me to the F2's faster. I have to see what's in there.. or i'll always wonder.

Got a mini update, of some living plants. Grabbed some pics before i top them.

LBH. These plants are fem seeds from the BC PK cutting. I've seen allot of them grown. A friend and i made a bunch a few years ago. Been really nice beans, not one herm yet, or a male!!! Damn it! Been hoping for one of those rare males from fem seeds.

I plan on using the clone mother for the cross but if i find some thing better i'll use it. It just means more work. Quality is what i am after, so how ever i get there is my end goal.

The indy one of the 2 here is a popular pheno in these beans. It has that hazey sort of spice stink the whole way through, until finished buds. A little stinker for sure.
