Day 28 yesterday. All I can say is holy cow. They are topping out at 65cm now with budsites forming at every junction. Very little maintenance there so easy to care for

A few quick pics. They're both coming on really well with nice compact budsites.
I think they've slowed down a bit on the upward growth and the side branches are getting longer.
I do have one concern as you can see a couple of the bottom leaves have faded from the inside outwards...any ideas anyone, ph is between 5.9 and 6.1 temp is 26c and humidity is 45%.
I still haven't fed them anything so I'm hoping it's just starting to show me it's hungry.

I'm not familiar with John Innes #2 Compost, but at 5.8 to 6.1, are you locking out Cal/Mag that likes to uptake at 6.4 to 6.7?

Well, like I said, I don't know anything about John Innes #2 so IDK if it likes to be treated like coco or like soil.
What's the pH of the Shiz?

But does it act like soil-less medium (in that it likes lower pH's)? or like soil (that likes the range a bit higher)?
