Indoor AUTO Northern Lights QUESTIONS

New to auto's and quite confused...

Plenty of 18/6 led light
Foxfarm soil, nutes, ... the whole shabang

its day 39 and no buds have shown

i was told 3 weeks you should be able to tell if they're female .. i saw no sacs
when will i see a bud ?... i thought autos were really fast...?

could these seeds be messed up or am i right on schedule?

plants are about half to whole foot and quite bushy... just no buds


can anyone help out and give me a decent timeline without having to look at these messy unfinished grow logs with all kinds of jargon?

any help will be appreciated

I just finished two NL autos that did fine.....You didn't mention which breeder of NL ya have. Last year, there was a lot of NL that had probs auto'ing...regardless, at 39 days, sex certainly should have shown...put'em on 12/12....is my reccomendation.....don't get frustrated....ya just got an auto that didn't 'turn' right....or is that 'left'...

I grow a lot of different autos in my bubbly tank. Most males (95%) show themselves beteen 3 and 5 weeks. Most females about a week longer.
I grow under 20/4 lighting schedule. I don't use any nuit change at all. It could be they still have a chance to show up to six weeks. After that I yank them and heave them in the garbage and try some other seeds. I consider the seeds to be defective. Some seed companies have had problems with their autoing like Nirvana and a few others. Get some proven seeds and start again after 42 days. It is way to early in the year to put them outside unless you are in keywest.

you can imagine i paid for these shits and id like to get at least a damn male hahaha or something of a little value

I hate hearing about this kind of stuff. Kinda of makes you think the breeder didn't do enough testing or dont care about their customers. Next time buy seeds with lots of feedback. Or buy from Eshop and support the forum =)

My Northern Lights autos took much longer to flower than other autos. Be patient.

yes, the key is patience... sounds like you might have a batch of autos that werent fully autoed bfore they were released... you can still get a great crop... you may just have to force them over as mentioned... hang in there and source better seeds next time (like our eshop)
