I believe unless you have a way to actually test the cbd percentage that is kind of a stab in the dark, even with the strains that are bred to be high cbd doesn't mean you'll always get that pheno... I had not to long ago got some flowers from the dispensary 8% thc and 19%cbd and to be perfectly honest with you the high was VERY VERY similar to many autos I've tried to especially a lot of the dragons, just some food for thought....
