My plant doesnt seem to want to grow new grower needs some help

We will need much more information than that to try and help. Pictures will help as well.
So my set up ive got a 10L fiberpot 1/3 sohum living soil 2/3 bio bizz light mix 600w led light an a fan also a 30" tube heater i was experiancing iron deficiancy so bought some calmag for that also my plant is red poision by sweet seeds says 8 weeks from seed to harvest but just doesnt want to grow more id say its been 3 weeks now

water only system? well firstly do you have PPM,PH,chlorine and chloramine levels if using city water?well if its been 3 weeks already Id say shes stunted pretty good. certainly not uncommon.also its a little warm but not terribly over hot,RH levels are fair enough to help performance.did you plant into the bio bizz and Sohum mix directly?that could have pissed it off early and even a small PH wobble will throw all sorts of headaches your way.been there done that.. try plugging it next time.might help.
and on a personal note if I may.?. if this were me I would yank her,re amend a small bit,get a PH soil probe and shoot for 6.5 and get some decent seedling mix or something and try again. but thats me.the numbers are pretty low on the Sohum,so I would look at teas or even other items for future use. did you buy it because it was an award winning soil? either way next time if you wanna use that Id use something like a NLS soil or even Kind Soil in part and prepare for flower with a cpl tea and buy some gear to help brew and/or make top dressing soil.what she needs assuming the PH balancing is active in there,is a Hit of foods most likely. a good tea and a heavy top dressing would help most likely. be good mang

Take some time and read about autos. Looks like she got stunted early. Maybe hot soil? Maybe grower error. How much you feeding? What are you feeding? How much are you watering? How often? My autos usually aren't that tall during first couple weeks. They are focusing on establishing roots. Most my autos really start shooting upwards after day 25. How far were you keeping light away from it during this time? cal mag will be a must with that light. Glad you sded that. How much you feeding? What are you PHing your water too?
Im a proper novice here like havnt got a ph check i started it in a small cup with just bio bizz an transfered itthe other day asni thought it might help with growth also started using bio grow in the water and i water every few days when the top inch of soil is dryish
Were all here to help. Let me get a bit more info i recommend getting the general hydroponics liquid ph kit for now. I trust it over the cheap pens

Some do and it works fine. Seems to not for most new growers. How far is your light away? Throughout its life what's the closest the lights been to the plant? Hottest the temps been?

looks like too long(aside from other issues)in the small cup. stunts the growth patterns of the auto if stunted early like that.early on I often do maaaybe 3-5 days tops. typically when I see them sprouted,maybe 2 days and theyre in the main pot.

if i had more seeds i would take on board what these guys say i would start another seed as a backup that's why i asked if she was your only girl
