-Problem: One of the sister plants is droopy. Tried to rule out over and under watering - no results.
-Medium/grow method: Soil/perlite 70/30 in 15l airpots
-Feed and supplements used: Advanced nutrients PH Perfect Grow/Micro/Bloom (4ml/l), B52, VoodoJuice, BigBud, Tarantula, Pirahna all (2ml/l). 600ml per feeding per plant, every 2-4 days depending on weather.
-Water source: Tap, hard water
-Strain and age: DP Auto Daqiri Lime, week 7 from sprout (I know its slow, but I utilize the Sun as a light source, planning on 4 more weeks)
-Climate: 25 °C day, 10-15°C nights, currently pretty rainy in the last 2 weeks
- Light used: SUN :)
-Additional info:
The two seeds are from the same batch, and one on the left looks pretty OK. The one on the right is taller, lighter and kind of "droopy". Differences started from seedling phase, but now are really visible. It doesnt get to "I'm happy", vibrant upwards leaves in the morning like they get...

It had some sort of aphids (taken care of manualy), but nothing out of the ordinary for a balcony grow. Tried to dry the droopy sister out (to check for over watering due to rain) and tried to provide additional water to the "droopy" one to rule out under watering. No difference.

I think that it is important to note also that there is allays more runoff on the droopy plant (with the same amount of water).

There are some spots on leaves on the droopy one (I account them to aphid activity).

I am wondering could the difference be as a result of a phenotype difference, where the right one is more of a sativa, lanky-er and light, and more "droopy" or some soil lockout. Its that or there is too much perlite on the "droopy" plant and it cant "have enough" water...

I would appreciate your opinion here, or a "I had that before..." story. :)

Thanks

I guess too much water and they clearly are sisters. But you can't expect them to be twins for that you will have to clone...
