Well after a few months of unsucessfully trying to sell my Plenty i gave in and ordered the Solo anyways, at the end of the day whats the price on my health and since switching to a ecig 3 months ago have not enjoyed smoking spliff as enjoyable as i used to in the taste department.
Had my first day with the Solo yesterday and vaped two bowls through the day and another two at night and i am already in love with this unit, the only herb vape i have owned and used to compare it to is the earlier mentioned Plenty which almost put me off the idea of vaping due to the amount of bud i was using, but with the Solo i am using the same for a 20 min session that i put in a spliff, so the only negative i had in the past has been removed completely.
As for ease of use a trained monkey could get ripped on this thing. Grind, pack, load, wait and suck is all you need to understand, unlike with the Plenty where you had to prime every vape with one or two pulls to get a good vape and then if you left it a couple of minutes was needed agin, the Solo seems to be ready from the first pull if let it warm up a bit. Also with the Solo you can draw how you please as with Plenty you had to time your draws and keep them long and slow.
The vapor quality is fantastic and easy on par with what was acheived with the Plenty which many online reviewers always say gives near same quality vapor as her big sister the Volcano which cant be a bad thing, but with the Solo this vapor quality can be acheived with alot less learning curve and technique than the Plenty and using less bud.
All in all in am way more than happy with the Solo and already prefer it over smoking spliffs, the high is alot cleaner and potent to match seems to me vaping at 3-4 is perfect if you got something to do and knocking it upto 5 at night seem to be good for a deep stone. Just after one day of use i noticed my ecig juice this morning to have alot more flavor due to a day without smoking and things only gonna better from there.
Thanks to all at AFN for putting me into the right direction with the Solo when i asked a few months ago, you got it spot on this for sure was the vape for me. Also cant wait to resin up the stem that boiling in milk and cream for a cup of hot chocolate looks like a potent and tasty option that me and the wife will be able to share. Anyone thinking about quitting smoking to vape for sure should think about the Solo, you will find it a easy to use and tasty and healthy alternative.
