My cab is coming together, just got to sort fans, filter, silencers and build a silent fan box to put the fan in!

I received this email this a.m. from the manufacturer of the heat press I ordered which was supposed to be sent for delivery 11/20/2016.
"As you told us earlier, the quality is the most important to you.
So we need to check it again and again to ensure the machine is working well when you receive it."
As you can see this message could be interpreted in a number of ways . They are realy quality minded or the whole thing is a complete and utter disaster ??
