Will be checking out the posts from @Root for sure as she is a real living medicine lady and full of life changing knowledge , and time has come for sure so major diet and lifestyle changes, just he results from the endoscopic biopsy to come and anxiety will drop a good bit for sure.

Yes i have a Mercadona very close by and am happy to try anything, price is no object when it come to getting out of this dark hole i am stuck in .

I know when I talk temps, guys be tucking up and girls be heading to a heat source, but if there is no wind and I eating what the land is giving I don't get cold. If, on the other hand, the wind be howl'in, all bets are off. Can become life threatening at the drop of a lighter, this is some serious shit, and if you aren't paying attention, you die. Each year people are taken by the wind, never to be seen again, even the machines they ride, gone, covered by drifts, swallowed by the land

one door is done!! I painted the doors with replacing the speakers also.. the drivers door speaker was not hooked up! :eek1:
