Hey guys, I grow from feminized seeds, and when I harvested, I noticed the little unformed buds at the very base of the plant were full if seeds on 2 of my plants.

Saw no male flowers, none of the other buds seemed to be affected.

Is this normal? I had a calcium deficiency, maybe that stressed them?

I think I will pull all that lower bud off early from now on.

sometimes I've seen 1 or 2 male flowers on the main stem very low on the plant, at the end of the grow, if left on they can only pollenate a couple of low immature flowers

I have a fun/silly idea that us ladies should have titles, as we are not common occurrences in this area of gardening. I believe @Eyeoftheworld is already referred to as Pot Princess? There are plenty of titles to go round:

Hello, typically this is not normal. For seeds to be produced there needs to be pollen around to fertilise the plant. I have seen it happen through high stress but this only produced a very low ammount of seeds. Do you have any pictures?
