A huge welcome to @BigSm0 and congratulations for becoing a member of the AFN test team!
You earned it and it is great to have you with us!
For those of you that know BigSm0 you'll already know what a great gut he is and how hard he works to help the community.
If you don't know who he is....he is one of our resident LED freaks ( He has the badge to prove it too!)

Anyone interested in building DIY LED grow lights with COBs should check in to the DIY LED section where he is rocking the joint , with awesome info and help!
He's a real credit and I hope you will go and check out his good work.Here let me give you some links to the relevant sections.

The LED Section This is the place to show your grow with your LED lights weather they have been bought or you have made the yourself.
Safety first again, if you have built an LED it needs to be safe in order to post it, we reserve the right to delete post with unsafe lights.
We are here to help you grow and build and we will lend a hand to make sure you do it safely!!


Lastly lets have a look at the Northern Grow Lights/Photon Labs Thread, where a bunch of testers and I can vouch they are all top rate members with great grow skills are building and growing under DIY LED lights!
They have all been supplied with a kit from Northern Grow Lights/Photon Labs and have all built their lights with the components supplied!
All the Lights differ slightly and use different components,in order to showcase what you can do when you build a light.
A big shout goes out to Amit AKA @PhotonLabs for supplying us with the kits, he's a top bloke and not only do they supply the components to build a COB light they also make some great frames for them too.
Don't worry if you don't want to build a light they also sell ready made off the peg grow lights, which are plug and play, so we all can gain from the benefits of owning a COB grow light.
The NGL team aren't just doing one test either, to show off how well these COB lights are working, we have also teamed up with one of the industries top seed houses "Dinafem"!
Dinafem have supplied the NGL team with "Fruit Auto" to test under their COBs, this way we get to see how each light works as all the strains are the same, allowing for a truly uniform grow sensation.
Each team member has also supplied pictures to show their build process and is doing weekly updates too!
Some of the members are finding the growth rate so explosive they are needing to post much more reguarly just to keep up with the rate of plant growth they are getting.
