It's two does, I'm not normally home when they come eat. Today I happened to be here

Sand will keep them at bay as long as it is coarse. Anything jagged sharp works. Their skin is super sensitive that is why they attack babies in the garden the most. They love my cucumbers the most so when I first plant I just surround them with some sand.

anyone try diatomaceous earth?

worm castings are good, I add to my soil, seed friendly

about how much do u put in? and how long before u need to feed?

Yeah this winter hasn't been that bad, alot of ice. I haven't fed them yet. Just letting them clean up acorns and apples. If we get much more snow I'll probably break down and buy them some corn

In montana they would come to the barn and sneak alfalfa

then a female mt lion moved into the barn, she just sat on top of the hay while I explained to her that if she doesn't go I shoot, she gets real pissed, and I shoot

Yep mix a handfull in with whatever your growing in . It's been said that you can grow your seedling right in it I'm not that brave .
