Hi
@1939bear

so sorry for your pain
My first question was do you know what your pH is.
So, get to taking the pH plan.
Natural treatments, once you have have a kidney stone and need to pass it.
Drink water.
- One 8 oz glass every hour (8 glasses a day), encouraging regular urination to help pass the stone.
- Add lemon juice which will add citric acid to help break down the stones.
- Alkaline your body with baking soda, according to the pH plan.
- Magnesium in the form of supplements or transdermal magnesium chloride will help dissolve kidney stones.
- A heating pad may ease pain and make you more comfortable.
You are sooooo right!
We are a lot like our plants and can suffer nutrition lock-out.
Kidney stones are the result of too many minerals (most common calcium) and acid salts in your body.
Magnesium controls the amount of calcium in your body. Too much calcium and not enough magnesium is the usual cause of kidney stones.
