i think because of the legality ... light parts are much easier to find stateside..

Go in the led section and find bigsm0. Yes either 80 or 90 cri. 3500k is a good all around spectrum. All ya need to know.
Except for the driver, meanwell, to match your cobs!

What is cri and what do the numbers mean ie 1812?

Heres my build. Cri im not sure, its bin and may be related to output. 1812 is the rows of circuits 18 x12. There are 1818 and 3618 now even. They are getting bigger just like cpu for the computer. They are just tiny computer chips

thats the store I've been looking for and could not remember the name. Thats a good looking shell, and they have the best parts list of any DIY store I have found.
