I'll try and do it today before lunch when I haven't eaten for a while and my blood sugar is stable. I think I will check it 30min before smoking, right before, and 30min after. Any other suggestions?

I'm gonna do the same! But I'll measure it now, before any pot and only about 1/3 of a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. Then again 30 minutes after toking...or whatever long it takes me to remember to measure it again! ROFL [emoji16] [emoji13] [emoji108]

Yes first thing in the morning would definitely be better. The only thing is that my schedule revolves around the fam and wake and bake is not on the schedule lol.
