Yes you can use credit cards to pay through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Hey trail, I just started the blood sugar experiment. As long as my blood sugar is close to what it was in half an hour I will know it it stable and I will then smoke some black stone which is known to give me extreme munchies. Then I will check it again half hour after smoking.
