OMG the flavor and scent off my plant is intoxicating. I'm getting enough leaf trim to eat everyday This mornings breakfast is Cauliflower Cardamom soup, with fan leaves and hemp seed.

food grade aloe vera gel good stuff. Outside the body soothes and heals all manner of burns, chemical, mechanical, frostbite, sunburn, diaper rash. Used consistently can remove spots on skin. I always have at the ready, first aid power house. I've read it can heal bleeding ulcers.

I bought some of this quite awhile ago at the Asian supermarket just because I like trying different things. It didn't take long for me to realize that it was far more effective than any prescription heartburn meds. So I have been using this regularly with amazing results. Unfortunately the sugar free one is getting harder to find around here.
