Awesomeness! Gonna throw that on a grill? Brazilian style! Just kosher salt and black pepper, sear the outside, leave it just a bit longer to desired doneness, slice paper thin... YUM! [emoji106] [emoji121] [emoji16] [emoji108]

It got about 2.5 hours in an oven at 160......juicy and still pink in the middle:thumbsup:

Best of it is I get them well cheap at work so it's not even an expensive meal. They often get reduced at the end of the day:eyebrows::pass:
