It would take one heck of a hardy flu bug to crawl all the way across that artic tundra. Don't think it would have the energy left to infect anything or anyone by the time it got there.
right, if you don't come in contact with other humans, no disease. The village is 20 trail miles away, where I will encounter every pathogen known. The villages up here are not making healthy people, and it's a tragedy
